Service rules

Orders depend on provider availability. Some requests can be delayed, partially completed or canceled if a provider rejects the job.

Payments

Manual balance requests may require verification. Once approved, credited balance and fulfilled orders are not automatically reversible.

Support

Use the ticket flow for issues related to payments, orders, refill/cancel requests or account operations instead of duplicate requests.

Refill policy

Refill-supported services should be reviewed through order history and support if delivery drops after completion.

Refund policy

Refund outcomes depend on service state, delivery progress and manual review when a service cannot be recovered.

Delivery note

Start time depends on the selected service, current queue and signal quality visible in the catalog.
