Orders depend on provider availability. Some requests can be delayed, partially completed or canceled if a provider rejects the job.
Manual balance requests may require verification. Once approved, credited balance and fulfilled orders are not automatically reversible.
Use the ticket flow for issues related to payments, orders, refill/cancel requests or account operations instead of duplicate requests.
